Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, we do not accept returns of used products. All products must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the original condition. We take the safety of our customers seriously. We do not accept returns after 14 days of customer receipt.

We accept returns for:
~ Faulty products. The product must have arrived in the dissatisfied condition.
~ Errors in shipping. If you receive something you did not order, we will accept the return.
If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please send pictures along with your email, so we can identify and rectify the problem. Each order is addressed on a case by case basis. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
If we agree to the return of an item and it is due to no fault of LaAsh Styles, you will be responsible for the shipping cost along with a 5% restocking fee.
If a refund is issued, please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Allow 24- 48 hours with PayPal returns.
